Tables within Mtext

Summary: Enable Tables with their formatting to be inserted into multiple column Mtext, such as appears on cover sheet notes of most drawing sets

Description: The ability to do all my text editing of a sheet of notes in MTEXT. It contains:
notes in point form, tables, CAD details, etc.
MTEXT and TABLE have come a long way. However it would be great if a TABLE could be referenced into MTEXT so that it moves automatically with the text flow.
The next step would be if it also worked with a detail (BLOCK) as well.

This is sorely needed: construction document annotation is NOT word processing. It's closer todesktop publishing than it is to business letters, but it's still its own thing.

We really need to be able to include Tables within Mtext, arbitrary graohics within Tables, and arbitrary graphics within MText.
