Help! My AUGI Profile is Trapped in Japan!

Sorry to post here, but I can't figure out how to send a message to the forum moderators. Almost all of the buttons on my screen are in Japanese. Unfortunately, I don't read Japanese and am not familiar enough with the forum layout to figure this out by myself. Can somebody please switch me back to English??

When you select that, follow where the General Settings should be based on the image below...

Scroll down to the very bottom, that last pull down is the Forum Language...Select the third item if "English" is still in Japanese...

First, thank you both for responding!

This was really weird. When I used CADastrophe's method, it actually showed that my language was already set to English:

So I clicked "Save," but it remained in Japanese :(

Then I went through via cdatechguy's method, and it changed to English w/o me even making a selection.

I don't understand what happened, but I do understand the text on my screen again, so thanks a million!!!
