JPG image will not print

I have a jpg image and I have done all I know how to to get it to print.
I can see it in the "Preview" but it just will not print.

Any ideas?

Are you using Raster or Vector? I think you have to use Raster only...

DOH!!!! I thought I had tried that but I guess I had hit the named setting for paper and scale and that unchecked the raster button.
