Revision on Sheet

Hi Guys,

How do i unfreeze the revision on sheet? Does anyone can help? Please see the attached image.87510

If it is grayed out as your image shows, the revision was added to that sheet because the sheet or a view on that sheet has at least one revision cloud associated with each of those revisions. To get the revision off the sheet, you have to delete the revision clouds, or adjust the view extents and/or annotation crop so that no part of such revision cloud falls with the view.

Hi David,

If i delete the revision cloud it will automatically delete the revision on the schedule which i think thats the rule in Revit. What i really need is, the revision cloud is there, the revision description on schedule is there but the revision description i can turn them ON and OFF using the revision on sheet tab by ticking the small box with check mark which is show above (which is freeze).
