Spacing of grid lines

I have a building that is say 21m long x 13m wide. I want to space out grid lines equally - 5 bays to the long side and 3 bays to the short side.

How do I do this automatically so that the grids are equally spaced?

Create one aligned dimension between all the gridlines you want equally spaced.To do this activate the Aligned Demsion tool, select the first grid line, then the second, then the third and so on. When you have finished creating the dimension, click on the 'EQ' near the dimension to equalise the spacing of the gridlines.
