Attributes in uppercase

Is there a way to define a block so that the attributes MUST be entered in uppercase or will display as uppercase?

I hate UPPERCASE all the time, because it is shouting. So, by habit, I type sentence case. But, a client's standard is uppercase. Is there a way to force it to be that way or do I just have to use TCASE command when I forget?

you could do it with some visual lisp, Doslib, and reactors to turn on Capslock everytime you start a attribute editing command.
