Instance properties as label parameter on a structural foundation tag

What is the trick in making the Instance properties as label parameter on a structural foundation tag?

In my case, I want the offset (from Reference level/ workplane) to automatically be indicated together with the label on the Structural Foundation Tag of a Pile family.

Some parameters, like Offset, can't be scheduled. You would need to create a shared parameter in the family that moves it up or down and schedule it. Problem is you can still use the Offset parameter so your scheduled value may not be correct.

Would it be possible to disable the default "Offset" Instance parameter instead so I can just use one - the new parameter customized from the family? Thank you!
