This is my first project using worksharing and it's been a challenge. My latest issues is I have the architectural sheets and title sheets drawn in Revit Architecture and I have the piping, hvac and electrical in Revit MEP and linked in. I figured out how to get the MEP linked files to show in the drawing index (check the 'include elements in linked files' option in the sheet list properties dialog box). The issue I have now is the drawing index is longer than my sheet so I highlighted the drawing index schedule to drag it up and divide it up but there is no control arrow. How do I split up my drawing index to show two columns instead on one long list?
Edit: Dang, just figured it out after posting. I clicked on the icon on the side of the schedule which split the schedule. Hum, don't remember that being there. I thought it always had the control arrow at the bottom of the schedule to resize it. Oh well, it's working :-)
