Session Description: Visual Basic (VB) and Visual Basic Applications (VBA) both offer the ability to interface with AutoCAD. Starting with Release 14 Autodesk included VBA as a language that works inside the AutoCAD environment the same as their low end AutoLISP language and their high end ObjectARX language. The fact that VBA works inside AutoCAD gives it the a edge over VB in many situations inside AutoCAD.
