Title block Visibilty options

Hi, I saw there is couple of threads with title block problems, some of them are very old and didn't find what i was searching for.

So problem is, I try to creat companies title block in Revit similar to one we had in AutoCAD.
And I came to a problem where I don't know how to make companies addres to switch/change depending on a region company is. Like it is posible to do in AutoCAD with Visibility option. ex. here:

I wonder if its posible to make that kind of option in Revit. For each companies region just by one click to change to there adress depending on where they are established.

In Revit the "Visibility" of an object can be controlled by a yes/no parameter, you would need multiple yes/no parameters depending on how many different addresses you would need to show. Tie the proper yes/no parameter into a type for each different address.
