The view area once inserted into a sheet it inconsistant. It should be tight against the objects but as you can see from the images one is much larger than the detail boundary.
While in the view the detail view the larger one 'zoom all ' is not as tight, almost like there are some invisible objects hanging around out there. All is turned on and vis graphic everything is on.
