I'm hoping someone can help me here...I'm going crazy with this stupid "did you know" pop-up bubble in the upper right hand corner of autocad. It pops up every few seconds and blocks some of the ribbon components, not to mention it's distracting and grabs my attention every time it pops up. How do I turn this off? Please help! Thanks!

By looking at your screenshot, have you clicked the "don't show me this again" at the bottom of the pop-up dialog?

I like Manusoft's app that removes the whole info bar altogether.

Best idea around, along with disabling CIP and 360

I think this way only does that particular command. I don't remember exactly where I seen it but I think if you right click some where in the pop-up, it will give you options to shut that off.
When that did it to me, it took me some time to find it but again, it's been awhile so I don't really remember. HTH

Normally, I just click "Do Not Show..." everytime, after 2-3 hours, they are never heard from again.

Try changing the value of InfoCenterOn from 1 to 0 in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD\RXX.X\ACAD-XXXX:XXX\InfoCenter
using REGEDIT. Then restart AutoCAD. The X's varies depending on your acad version. And be careful when editing registry entries.
