Dimension questions-export settings and project browser location

This may be obvious, but I can't seem to find all of the dimesion types in the project browser under annotations. What am I missing?

Also, I am trying to set up the export settings and have the Dimesions set to "A-ANNO-DIMS" but when I exported my drawing to CAD some dimesions were put on a layer called "A-ANNO-DIMS-200." How do I keep this from happening? I don't see "A-ANNO-DIMS-200" at all in the export setup dialogue box.

Q1: The dim types are not in the project browser. If you click on dimensions, then click on the top of the properties bar, you will see the different types.

Q2: Exporting. Not entirely sure about this but Revit appears to export the layer automatically, reflecting the scale of the view the dim was in. Maybe you're stuck with it...
