My team is creating blocking plans for a project. They are drawing boxes on the plan using room separation lines. After all the rooms have been delineated, they drop in the rooms and the tags. I have the room reference turned on so they can see that they caught every room.

I dragged the view onto a border. On screen, the room separation lines show nice and black. However when plotted, they completely disappear. Interestingly, a few plain model lines that found their way into the model DO show. We are doing the layout as design option 1. BTW, the room separation lines plot correctly in the main model.

I turned off the department color fill and the lines suddenly appeared on the plot! Is there a possibility that the color fill is covering the separation lines?

Try changing Color Scheme to Foreground or background.

Also see if Room Sep. Lines are hidden in the Design Option? or perhaps a View Template has them turned off.

I tried toggling color scheme back/fore. Got a warning: changing style to hidden. Somebody @#@#$% changed it to wire frame!!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

So it is fixed now?

YUP! That's all it was. It can be misleading, because department color schemes show, even in wire-frame views.
