Summary: Keep Dimensioned Text Aligned With Dimension Instead of Defaulting to Horizontal

Description: Whenever I edit a dimension style the text defaults to horizonatl even if I change it to aligned. Each time I edit a style I have to go back and re-edit it to have the text aligned otherwise it will be horizontal.
