Hello,

I am setting up my first set of Architectural drawings in REVIT.

What is the best way to work with views? Should I have separate views for all plans, elevations and sections with annotations so that I still have clean views to adjust the model with?

One of the guys at work changed the project browser to view folder however I think it is best to sort by all as it separates all the Floor Plans, RCP's, Elevations in their groupings.

Any help with this area is appreciated. :)

I also tend to go with a "working set" of views, and a set which I place on top of the sheets. Usually the view-name has a number in it when it's on a sheet - so I can more easily destinguish which is which.

About the project browser grouping: Personally I prefer making one or 2 project parameters on views & sheets. Then set the project browser to sort & group on those. That way you can set any type of grouping you like to any custom text you can think of. E.g.
88488
Then add it to the View/User Interface/Browser Organization
88489
