plan region_transom window not showing up

I placed a transom window on my floor plan and therefore, I created a plan region to show this window. After doing so, the wall opening for the window was displayed but there was no window. (?) I am working in the Existing Phase and the window is in the Existing Phase, so it's not a Phase issue. Please help!

Obvious first:

Anything hidden in view? Press V V and check all the tickboxes, or press the lightbulb at the bottom of the screen.

Did the window show up?

No, nothing showed up.

Take a look at the attached screen cap.
If that isn't the issue be sure to check the associated level of symbolic lines and whether geometry is set to 'show only if instance is cut' in the family editor.

Still no luck. And I even created a similar transom window in a different area of my project and the plan region worked fine. I sometimes wonder if it's my old computer acting silly. (?) I really wish I could afford a new one.

try adjusting the cut plane level - you might be cutting directly through a transome
