I haven't been using prefixes for 2013 questions because it's NOT AVAILABLE! Now I just tried to post a thread and it wouldn't even post it unless I chose a prefix, so I picked 2012 even though it was a 2013 question (I have been putting 2013 in thread titles). I have tried everything including removing temporary files, cookies, everything. Both Firefox and IE on my machine do not show 2013 as an available prefix. What needs to be done here?

I've asked, looking into it.

I see it using my iPad and PC... Still not working for you?

Only a few people have reported this problem, but I assure you that 2013 is there. The problem is on your end. I usually suggest clearing all temporary files, but I see that you have done that. Did you close the page that had augi loaded before clearing the cache. Some files may have been in use and didn't get deleted. Also, try CTRL+F5 to force the page to reload.

Okay I see it now. I had updated that text field in my profile for products used to include Revit 2013. That seems a little odd. Do the site admins go through everyone's profile to see what is in that text box, or is there some utility built into the site that recognizes what is in that field and adds prefixes accordingly? I mean what if I just said "Revit Architecture" instead of including a year on it?

No, it doesn't have to do with your profile. It was caused by a server setting that was overlooked.
