I have worked on this project using 11x17 page layout setup for every figure, but now the client wants them all in A1 size paper.
Is there a way to do this easily/quickly?

I am exporting to pdf. Is there a way to verify the scale is correct? (our printer prints only up to 11x17)
I am using AutoCAD Map 2012, but pretty sure the problem would apply to regular AutoCAD.

Thanks!

Likely the easiest way, if you have already mapped all the layouts to a specific page setup, is to redefine the page setup to the new plot parameters. There are Multi page setup tools out there, too.

As for PDF, I find that DWGtoPDF.pc3 does a fine job; most "scale" issues related to PDF comes when printing. To verify, you can open and crop the PDF to 11x17 and check the hard copy.

I'm afraid there's no easy way of doing it but to redefine the page setup as mentioned above. But, still you are lucky because A3 to A1 scale is just doubled. (e.g. 1:200 becomes 1:100)

1. Create and save a page setup in A1 (to be applied on all drawings/layouts)
2. Go to paper space, COPYBASE all from 0,0.
3. Erase all objects in paper space.
4. PASTEBLOCK or Ctrl+Shift+V to 0,0.
5. Rescale the block; Basepoint: 0,0 Scale factor: 2
6. Explode the block. The viewport contents will now be visible. If not, right click the viewport and make sure "Display Viewport Objects" is set to Yes.
7. Apply the A1 page setup.

Making it a block before scaling is important. This will allow the scale of the viewport to follow the scale of the block, while scaling it directly just scales the viewport and the viewport scale remains the same.
