Double T wall panels issue

Hi all, I am doing the drawings for the building in the image below, but I have tried all my best and can not insert windows in the panels. First of all I made a Model in place wall category and worked, but these panels have a partition wall in the interior and the windows do not cut the partition even joining the walls.

Please, any idea will be helpfull.

Alex,
You won't be able to join an in-place wall with a system wall family and have the window cut both. You'll need to manage that as two separate openings.
Depending what you are trying to do with your model I'd suggest creating the panels as a component family, not in-place. You can create the windows as part of the panel or create them as new face based windows that can be hosted on the panels.
