Restroom Accessory Schedule-Question

I want to create a restroom accessory schedule. I know that I need to start by creating a Speciality Equipment schedule. I need to be able to filter out the other specialioty equipment items from the schedule, like elevator doors, roof access hatch, etc. How do I do this?

Create a parameter in the schedule or a shared parameter, called toilet accessory(make it a yes/no parameter) now you can check yes for all your toilet accessories(do this from the model, its easier to select them all), then you can filter the schedule to only contain items that have yes checked .
