I installed the 30 day trial version of AutoCad from a CD, and used the serial number from a folder in the CD to install AutoCad
on my notebook. After the 30 days expires, can I installl it again using the CD? Can I use the 30 day option instead of the serial number option? Would I get any error messages if I do that? Would my 2nd installation override my 1st installation?

Once you install it and use it as a 30 day trial you can no longer user that (trial) serial number or as a trial with the software on that computer. You will need to get a commerical (paid) serial number after the 30 days. Even replacing the hard drive will not clean out the trial version.
