Editing view range in Reflected Ceiling Plan

I need to change the 'bottom' setting in the 'view range' window for a ceiling plan. However, the 'bottom' option is greyed out and I cannot change it. I have a ceiling that is not showing up because it is below the default 'bottom' setting. I do not want to change the elevation of the cut plan. Does anyone know why this is occuring and how to change it?

You might have a View Template applied that is controlling the View range?

You might also try using a Plan Region at the specific area where you need control of the view range.

It is not an issue with a view template. The Plan Region did work though, thank you. It would only show the ceiling if the cut plane was set at the height of the ceiling though; it would not show the ceiling below the cut plan even if I set the 'bottom' range below the ceiling height. I'm grateful for the fix, but still unclear as to why the problem occured in the first place (but oh well, onto other things).
