delete a Revit Macro

I accidentally clicked the Revit macro recorder. I now have a document macro with no code in it, but I can't delete it. It's in a "SharpDevelop" window titled "Solution Mike". Nothing will delete that thing! Other users on the project are getting warnings. I've told then to disable macros, but I would like to just get rid of it.
