Keynotes

We currently use User Keynotes for Wall Tags as well as for Demolition Notes. On small projects where demolition plans and new work plans occur on the same sheet, there doesn't appear to be a way to sort out the wall tags (alpha tags) from the demo notes (numerical tags) on the keynote legends. Are we going about this the wrong way? What have you guys done to address this, if anything. Thanks in advance.

Are you using Phases to set up Existing, Demo and New Construction? If not, take a look at using it--it helps solve some of the problems you mentioned.

This link has an article describing phasing, and example project showing how you might set up phasing in a project, and a video showing how to set up phasing. I think the phasing tools in Revit would probably solve most of your issues.
