Where is the refraction parameter?

Where is the refraction parameter?
So that I can make a change to test the effect?
I find only reflection in the material editor

It depends on the category of material. The only ones I've found to have refraction is Glass (as long as it has a Solid Glass grouping, not Glazing), or others with a Transparency grouping. Perhaps you should change your material to a different type / recreate your material from one which has such parameters.
