I have several users who are complaining about the lag time it is taking for views to generate graphics when saving or editing view template settings. This is happening when they are working in details. I have suggested they close open windows and sheets as much as possible but they claim to be doing this with no improvements. When I look at their machines it seems that Revit is generating graphics for many views. Some of these views are not the same view type they are working in. Below is some stats on the project and what I know about this problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help would be great!
Project Stats:
Revit Architecture 2013
250 MB File Size (490,000 SF Hospital)
14 Links separated on worksets (I suggested the users unload worksets they do not need, but I don't think they do this)
7 - 10 users working in the file daily
This is only happening to the people working on details
