Customized Autolisp/Scripts from 2000 to 2005

My company has many custom Autolisp and script rutines that were designed with Acad 2000 in mind. We are attempting to upgrade in the near future and are having trouble with some of the script routines. Some of them are functioning correctly in 2005 and some will not load. Anyone have any suggestions on how we would be able to get all of our custom rutines to work.
