Two Side by Side Menu Bars?

So this just randomly happened. After a guy in my office wanted to try out his lisp program on my computer (which worked) and he got everything back to normal, I restarted AutoCAD 2013 and noticed I now have Two (2) menu bars that are side by side. I have no clue why, neither does the guy who was checking his LISP program. I've done some searching but have come up empty. Have any others of you out there run into this problem? If so how did you fix it, or do you have any clues or a direction I could head to try and work this out. Its a little annoying. I've attached a screenshot for you. Thanks

Nevermind, I was able to delete the extra menu bar controls via the CUI. You can delete this post, sorry

Have you restarted autocad to ensure that whatever put it there isn't going to replace it?
