Summary: Improve Region Properties to be used in deflection calculations. Design accelerator beam calculation should recognize these values for section properties, direction of loads and beam length.

Description: Improve Region Properties to be used in deflection calculations. Design accelerator beam calculation should recognize these values for section properties, direction of loads and beam length.

- Region Properties of sketches should be selectable at any point of use. (modifying sketch, part modeling, assembly modeling) ((now it's pnly available when modifying sketch))

- Results of Region Properties calculation should show in part history tree.

- Design accelerator should recognize (and user should select) the results and use the values (and axis directions) with beam calculations.

- Improve visibility of Region Properties button on UI - it shouldn't be "hidden" under Measure tool expansion.
