It is possible to get the geographic coordinates from civil 3d points? How?

As in Lat/Long or State Plane Coordinates? The other issue will be how will you be determining that the points are geodetically correct? Anyways! On your toolspace select the Settings tab, then right click the drawing name and select Drawing Settings. The world is now your oyster.

Alright, since you have everything set you should be able to see the lat/long in the point list. To export a point list would require customizing a point report; otherwise you can open the point group and copy & paste the point info.

I need to get a list or a report of Lat/Long for each point.

Simply use the _EXPORTPOINTS command, to get an Ascii (ENZ) list of Cogo XYZ coordinates.
