Summary: Option to dimension a diameter as OD (Outside Diameter), ID (Inside Diameter) & PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter)

Description: An annoying feature about AutoCAD is that when dimensioning a diameter, the diameter symbol always appears even though it should not be used in certain circumstances. When I have to show an diametetric dimension as an Inside, Outside or Pitch Circle Diameter, I have to delete the dimension text and replace it manually. There should be an option to replace the diameter symbol with I.D, O.D. & P.C.D. when needed without having to delete the numeric value also.
A similar option for Radial dimensions would also be useful.

There is a workaround.
Create 3 dimstyles - one each for O/D, I/D and P.C.D.. Add the labels as text suffix. In the text prefix box place a space (yes, use the spacebar).
Spaces are shown by the red boxes in the picture. (sorry about the size of the picture - scroll right)
