Sorry - basic question:
1) For renovation project with both Existing and New Construction windows; is there an optimal way to prevent the Existing windows from having tags, displaying in the window schedule, etc?
2) Revit has just generated my window schedule up to #43; window types go up to #47 - Is there an obvious step I might have overlooked?
Thanks very much,

For doors and windows I label all existing with an "X---" and then filter them out of the schedule.

Schedules also understand phase.

Renogreen and/or Brian:
Thanks Very Much! That works great for the Schedule.
If there is a good way to filter the existing window tags from the Plan, please let me know. I have been "hiding" them one-by-one.
One other thing is troubling me: A few of my windows did Not generate a Tag the floor plan; is there a common solution/problem that comes to mind?

You may have unchecked Tag on Placement, or they were tagged in a different view.

Jeff:
Thanks very much; where is "Tag on Placement"? I quickly just looked under the parameters in the family and checked the ribbon during placement..........

Thanks! Right in front of me, and it solves that problem.

It is located on the far right of the "Modify | Place Door/Window" Tab. And, I'm still having issues with AUGI today, so I can't upload an image to help you.
