Walls height

It's a long time I requested in my wishlist that walls have to display cut accordingly to the cut plane and not when lower than 1,80 m regardless of the cut plane, but I see even in rev. 7 nothing changed and I don't know what should be so difficult to do that...
Anyway, does anyone out there know any news about? I mean if in next release this problem will be fix or anything else?

Would the plan region feature help with some of these situations? I have not tried it yet myself but it seems like it would work. Hope that helps.

I thought there was a work around to this whereby you set the wall to a level higher than 1.8m and then gave it an offset of, say 700 mm if your level was 2.5m and then it would display as you wanted it to.

I'm not sure if i'm understanding the issue properly.

But is this to do with unconnected heights for walls as opposed to level to level heights and how they display?

I know unconnected heights don't cut the same as a wall defined by level to level, this is why i always use level to level as it behaves properly according to the cut plane?

Its to do with unconnected heights of walls less than 1800 mm high. In these case, if the cut plane is less than 1800 high, the wall does not display as cut.
