Fixed Vertical Scale In Profile Style

We're trying to make a profile view style that will always have a vertical scale of 1"=5', regardless of what the horizontal scale is. It looks like this can't be accomplished and we will have to make a profile view style for every horizontal scale we use. Does anyone have any thoughts how this can be accomplished.
