Decal settings don't stick

I want to change the Decal Types settings in Revit Architecture 2013, however the settings do not stick. I tried it in several files, including a new file. The settings stick in Revit Arch 2011 but not Revit Arch 2013. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Update

I filled out a trouble ticket with AutoDesk. The Development team indicated that there needs to be a code fix, however they did not provide a time frame or a work around. I will keep you posted.
