Cannot Change worksets on a beam ???

I have a beam that i cannot change its workset no matter what. All my other beams in my project are on a workset called phase 1, but theres just 1 beam that is in a workset called: View "Structural Plan: Piling"

Is there a way to change the workset of the beam or do i have to delete and create the beam again ??
