I'm working on our first Revit project and I've got a small problem. I've been using Keynotes by sheet to do our sheet notes. They are working great except now I've got one note not showing up in the keynote schedule on the sheet. Note #9 is blank in the schedule and I can't find it in any of the views on the sheet. When I go to the main keynote legend and click on note 9 and hit "highlight in model" it doesn't show me a #9 in any of the views on the sheet. I saw a similar post on the AUGI forum from several years ago but no one answered it. Any ideas? How do I get the blank line to go away or how do I find out what it thinks it's referencing on this particular sheet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure your keynote legend is set to filter by sheet? And also the the entry in the keynote file is not blank? And that there are no errors with the keynote file? If yes to all, maybe this?

To answer all your questions: Filter by sheet? Yes. Keynote file not blank? Yep I'm sure. Errors? Not that I'm aware of. It's not happening on any other sheet. The only other time this occurred it was because one of the notes was by user and it wasn't referencing anything. In that case the rogue note was blank in the schedule but still appeared in the view and I could find it and adjust what it was referencing and it filled in the schedule. This time I couldn't find the rouge note. I thought it might also be out of the view so I uncropped all of the sections on the sheet and looked for the note outside of the crop window. I didn't think to adjust the view range or see if it was referencing something that had gotten hidden in the view. I was finally able to locate it in the main keynote legends and delete the row to get rid of it on my sheet. This was tricky because I have two versions of the keynote legend. One has all the columns visible and all the instances. I call this one the "working" version. The other has the header and some of the columns hidden so I can place it on my sheets the way I want. When I was trying to find the rouge note I was originally using the final version and because the note number is used on multiple sheets it wasn't showing what the note was supposedly saying. Just a blank (since it was actually tallying all instances of that note and they all said something different). When I switched to the "working" version I could find the instance of that note number that was blank and delete it. It fixed the problem of the blank note line on my sheet. I just wish I knew what that note had been tied to because no matter what I did to search for it I couldn't find it. I wish when searching it would highlight the instance even if it's hidden. If you have multiple people working on a project you aren't always aware of all the hidden stuff and I usually don't think to try looking for hidden stuff.
