Drawing Settings dialog box

need help how do i edit or get to the Drawing Settings dialog box in civil 3d, trying to change some settings like you would do in LDD drawing setup under the project pull down.

not use to civil 3d

In the Toolspace, select the Settings tab.
Find the current drawing in the list, right click on it and choose Edit Drawing Settings.
