Rotation of a tag

Hi all,

I am trying to rotate a tag and the only thing that happens is that the tag gets displaced. Does anyone know why is that?

Only a few tags are allowed to truly rotate freely; rooms and areas for example. The rest are either horizontal or vertical orientation. Some have the option in the family settings (edit the family) to Rotate with Component. I wrote a post about that HERE (http://revitoped.blogspot.com/2013/02/rotate-with-component.html).
