Trapezoid walls

Hi, could someone please help me in explaining how to create a wall with a sloping look. Looking at a wall the left corner being 5m tall, which then slopes to becoming 3m tall?

Select your wall and 'edit profile' from the Mode panel of the context tab on the ribbon.
