I am trying to set up our color/presentation drawings. Does Revit have a color wheel similar to Autocads? I need to know how these colors look when I print them and would like to know which ones they are so I can give objects the right color.
Thanks

All 16 million colors?

no, no
I guess I was just going for the basic in the initial dialog box. But now that I have looked into it, the colors are the colors. My mistake on that one.
I am trying to have the colors that show on the screen reflect our color presentation drawings. Then when we print to our black and white copier, we can just specify black and white lines. I wish I could find some examples of colored plans done in Revit. So far, I cannot find any. Does anyone have any to post? I looked on the Revit Gallery but no luck. Maybe this should be another post.
Thanks though.

If you use the Pantone colours, you can match them to a printed colour swatch, or you can print out a range of Pantones on your printer to test the print v monitor comparison.

Na. Doesn't work for any 2D work without tweeking with shadow settings. And then it is an eyeball match. See other posts about color...

True, but I'm thinking filled regions etc.

That rvt color chart that Chris mentioned is attached but I made the color fill legend visibly.
To view the Pantone Number for each highlight the color fill legend then the "Edit Color Scheme" button on the option bar. Push the RGB number and push the Pantone button for the Number.
To pick colors other then the chart use a Pantone Fanpack to pick a new color. Use the Pantone Color Window of the Edit Color Scheme to find the RGB number.
