Roof by Face

I'm using Roof by Face to create a slanting roof on the top of mass, but error appear : Can't make roof, Roof: Basic Roof Generic 400mm id:150975
If I change the top of mass to flat, then no problem, BUT I NEED TO MAKE IT SLANT.
Anyone can help me?

Could the angle of that slope be more then 90 degrees at some point?

that bcos of the angle,change the mass slightly a bit by a ibt,or make the roof less than 400mm
