Class Description: In an effort to revolutionize project collaboration and communication, Skidmore, Owings & Merril (SOM) has promoted its latest BIM projects as a new breed of "Open Information Projects." Learn how SOM incorporates Revit technology in the design process, and uses Buzzsaw and DWF Composer in both design and construction for project collaboration and management. This class will include in-depth instructions on applying various Autodesk technologies to facilitate a fully digital workflow and will examine real-world examples of communication between architect, engineer, fabricator, and contractor.
