Class Description: Learn how to create a multi-services coordinated floor plan using the latest tools in Autodesk Building Systems 2006. Create one-line duct designs to solve sizing issues from design calculations. Then convert one-line material to sized and intelligent 3D ductwork. Import 3D manufacturers' information into floor plans. Facilitate routing of piping, cable trays, and conduit combining common industry design standards. Understand connectivity issues between objects. Create custom fittings on-the-fly. Assign rules for segment lengths of ductwork. Create drainage pipe work routes to incorporate standard fall rules. Produce accurate material take-offs for procurement. Produce 3D views and 2D plans and sections above ceiling void to create finished drawing sheets.
