Class Description: Revit Structure projects can be split into worksets Users can check out parts of a workset or the entire workset Other members of the design team can view these elements or worksets in read-only mode, which prevents conflicts in the project Team members adding and changing elements in worksets can save their work to their own hard drive and publish work to a central file when they choose They can update their local files at any time with the latest changes other team members have published This ability to reload and see changes is similar to Xref workflow
