Class Description: Working closely with its VAR, ValueCAD, the City of Dublin, California, developed an extensive web solution using Autodesk MapGuide 6.5. The result is called WebGIS, an intranet application utilized by various organizations in the City to access spatial and related data to advance their individual functions. With new MapGuide Enterprise software, the City will migrate its existing Mapguide 6.5 application to MapGuide Enterprise Server. This presentation will talk about the steps involved in the migration, including issues and best practices.
