View Full Version : 2013 Toposurface See Points

Is there a view that will allow me to see the points that the toposurface was generated from while not in edit mode? I would like to model a floor to a set of points that I received from my surveyor. I can bring the csv points file in to create a toposurface, Now I just need to add points to my floor that match. However, I can't find a view setting that will allow me to see the points in the topo that the surface was created from.

I received a good response from Constantin on Autodesk discussion groups. Just wanted to post it here:




I think that making visible the Triangulation Edges ,maybe can help you...the points are located at the intersections of the triangles edges.

The triangulation is hidden by default , that's why you must activate them from: Properties >Visibility/Graphics Overrides>Model Categories >Topography -expand it > Triangulation Edges.
