Class Description: View matching and photo simulations are the backbone of the design visualization workflow but are not always an easy process. In this class, we’ll explore a myriad of techniques for creating convincing and accurate photo simulations using Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Bridge, and Autodesk Combustion. We’ll also learn to plan and prepare for a photo shoot on location, learn effective methods for sampling data in the field, and how to assemble a toolkit for acquiring accurate measurements and lighting information. In addition, this session will cover panoramic imagery, and how to leverage the lighting data and realism of HDRs when creating composites.
