I have 9 named views in my drawing file..........is there a way that I can
automate the process of turning those 9 views into 9 layouts.
Currently I have to set up each named view in a layout seperately.

You can do this with Sheet Set Manager. Open the sheet where you want to insert the viewport, then drag/drop the view from the Model Views tab.
